I just watched Alba Mayo's video on how to get longer healthier hair and one of her suggestions was to use Prenatal Pills!
I'm actually very, very tempted to take these pills. Theyre only $8.00 at Walmart. Prenatal Pills apparently help your hair grow longer faster, and your nails and skin healthier. I've been reading and watching reviews on this and they say it's not harmful to your body if your not pregnant. They say the pills also give you energy which I would love because I'm a walking stressed out zombie.
I also read the comments under Alba Mayo's video and there was one saying her Uncle uses prenatal pills for his skin! lmao!
Anyway what do you guys think? Have you heard of taking prenatal pills for this purpose?
